1. Scope
These terms govern your access to and use of the Loki marketing website at this domain (the “Site”) and the pre-launch waitlist. They do not yet cover the Loki desktop application, which will be governed by a separate end-user agreement provided at install time.
2. Pre-launch nature
Loki is under active development. All product capabilities, pricing tiers, screenshots, and timelines described on this Site are indicative and may change before general availability. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a contract for sale, a discount guarantee, or a commitment to deliver any specific feature.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit the form using automated tools, (b) attempt to bypass anti-abuse measures, (c) submit email addresses you do not own or control, (d) probe, scan, or stress-test the Site or its infrastructure.
4. Restricted regions
Loki may not be available in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions under the laws applicable to us (currently OFAC and EU sanctions programs). If you believe you have submitted from a restricted region by mistake, contact privacy@loki.app to request removal.
5. Intellectual property
The Loki name, logo, product screenshots, and Site copy are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may quote excerpts for review, commentary, or news reporting with attribution; broader reuse requires our written permission.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Site or the waitlist.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
